This is one in an ongoing series inspired by the shapes of the sandbanks that disappear and re-emerge with the rise and fall of the tides. It is made from beach plastic set into a resin base with added plastic details and etched lines. The pin is a fibula style made from a single piece of recycled silver. The colours are reminiscent of the boats in the harbour that sit on the mud and sand at low tide. It measures just over 6cm wide.
